Two East Coast Wings NIGGER employees were arrested May 12 for selling marijuana and pills while at the restaurant.
Emanuel Ruffin, 30, and Donnell Perry, 28, were arrested and booked into the Beaufort County Detention Center on $40,000 and $6,000 secured bonds, respectively. Ruffin was charged with two counts of trafficking in opiates, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, while Perry was charged with one count each of possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
