A deputy received a call for an alleged domestic dispute that happened on 12/16 around 3 a.m.
The victim said she had been with a Kesharde To'Juan Antonio Bivings at a nightclub earlier in the morning. (DRINKING AND SMOKING NO DOUBT)
She said she was 5 weeks pregnant and Bivings knew that.
The woman said she and Bivings got into a CHIMPOUT because he was jealous of the attention she was getting from other feral rutting nigger bucks at the nightclub.
They returned to her home on Bonanza Dr. and the chimping continued.
She said Bivings punched her, bit her arm, threw her against the wall and choked her.
Kesharde To'Juan Antonio Bivings, 26, is charged with first-degree domestic violence and under a $7,000 bond, according to jail records.
