The cyclist incredibly managed to fight them off before then going to see his GP
Doctors said he was calm, polite and lucid despite the six-inch blade in his head
He survived because the blade bent against his face in the wrong spot to kill him

He'll survive the knife wound, but die from the infection he catches at the nigger-run SA hospital. Happened to a friend of mine there. Went in for knee surgery, ended up with his leg amputated.
