Hoke County sheriff deputies found TNB galore, a stolen gun, a bag of “molly” and marijuana during a traffic stop this week.
On Thursday, a deputy pulled over a vehicle that didn’t stop at a stop sign on U.S. 401 at Club Pond Road, the agency said. The deputy saw “further reasonable suspicion of criminal activity was afoot” and frisked the driver, according to a Sheriff’s Office statement.
The deputy found 4.6 grams of MDMA, or molly, and 25.5 grams of marijuana and a stolen gun, the Sheriff’s Office said.
Bryan Boaston, 32, of Bancher Drive in Raeford was charged with possession of a stolen firearm, having a concealed weapon, possession of MDMA with intent to sell and deliver, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and deliver and possession of paraphernalia.
Bail was set at $7,500.
