THIS CHUCKER WON'T PAY A FUCKING DIME FOR HIS ESCAPADE OTHER THAN A FEW MONTHS IN JAIL, IF THAT.
A Fayetteville useless nigger ciocksucker who crashed into a utility pole on Ireland Drive, causing a power outage, while trying to avoid a traffic stop, was operating a stolen vehicle.
Malachai Hart, 18, was charged with fleeing in a motor vehicle to elude arrest, larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of firearm by a felon and misdemeanor hit and run involving property damage, driving while license revoked, carrying a concealed weapon and resisting arrest.
A Fayetteville police officer attempted to stop a speeding 2011 Honda Civic, driven by Hart, on Ireland Drive, near Coventry Drive, about 8:15 p.m. The car sped away and crashed into the utility police, police said.
Hart jumped from the car and attempted to run away, but was taken into custody after a brief foot chase, police said.
The crash knocked out power to several neighborhoods along Raeford, Legion and Hope Mills roads including Lafayette Village, Bordeaux and Ashton Forest, Buckhead and Van Story Hills, according to the Fayetteville Public Works Commission.
Ireland Drive was closed about four hours while repairs were made, police said.
Officers learned that the vehicle was reported stolen Nov. 2 from Britt Lakes Apartments on Adams Lake Drive, off Fisher Road.
Hart was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center where he was treated (FOR FREE) for minor injuries received in the wreck, police said. He was released Tuesday and is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center with bail set at $30,000.
