Russia considering a BAN on nigger rap concerts

MOSCOW, November 1 - RIA News. The deputy of the legislative assembly of the Leningrad Region, Vladimir Petrov, asked the Prosecutor General, Yury Chaika, not to allow rappers to hold concerts in Russia.

This is stated in a letter to Petrov, which is at the disposal of RIA Novosti.
According to the deputy, “pseudo-music meetings and official rappers' concerts should be stopped until“ the situation in the youth environment is normalized ”.

Petrov notes that in recent months a discussion has flared up in society about the admissibility of dubious artistic content in works of art. In particular, the deputy recalled that many people are opposed to "modern youth popular songs of various authors contain elements of extremism, even covered with a touch of creative rethinking and artistic rethinking."

It is noted that the concert posters indicate the age limit of 12+ or 16+, and in fact at the concerts are performed songs containing “obscene language, as well as other information that is prohibited for distribution among children, including those that could cause them to drink alcohol and prohibited substances, and also to perform actions that pose a threat to their life and health or to the life and health of others. ”

Administrative cases were filed against the organizers of the concerts, a warning was announced to one organizer, concerts were canceled.
