Navarone Allen, 27, was arrested on suspicion of first-degree assault and carrying a concealed weapon.
According to an arrest affidavit, Allen told police he was trying to jumpstart a car with two others in the area of 21st Avenue and Meadow Drive shortly before 11 a.m. Thursday when a red pickup truck sped down the street and parked in front of him, blocking him in.
Allen told police that two white men were in the car and both got out and began "advancing" on him. Allen put his hands up in the air and moved backward, believing they were going to jump him, according to the affidavit.
Allen told police he was afraid for his safety, as he didn't know the two men and they weren't saying anything, which concerned him. Allen told the driver he wasn't involved "in whatever you're trying to do," according to the affidavit, but the driver kept moving toward him.

Here's what really happened. The nigger and its homie were trying to steal a car, hence the jumpstarting. Whether it was the owners or friends, the two "white men" recognized a couple of niggers trying to steal the car.
