Over the last 16 years, the city of Charlotte has spent or committed at least $124 million to build affordable housing. Next month, city leaders will ask voters for $50 million more.

But the money hasn’t helped people like Curtis Simpson.

He’s worked full-time as a custodian for nine years at Independence High School, but on his $25,500-a-year salary, he said he can’t find a decent place to live.

Simpson said he and his longtime partner, Tameka Boone, and their four children once lived in a motel room for a year because they could not afford an apartment near good schools. Three years ago, the family moved into a duplex east of uptown. They were nearly evicted in May when medical debts piled up and they fell two months behind on rent.

Does anyone not understand how nigger welfare section 8 housing works? Niggers LITERALLY have to pay like 50-150 bucks a month for housing that would cost the white man 900-1600 bucks a month to live in. They can be evicted 40 fucking times, and still find a fucking nigger nest to lay up in. If a nigger can't find a roof over its head, they're failing even harder than normal niggers fail. It's almost impossible for a nigger to be unable to find itself a nest for the winter, if not longer. That's what I noticed too. I always get so mad hearing about Section Ape paying for motels. Even at the cheapest rates they're much more expensive than an apartment in the vicinity, and these niggers are even holding out for a location upgrade. "An apartment near good schools" means schools with very few niggers, meaning a neighborhood with very few niggers. It might be a decent nabe but no available Section Ape apartments, because landlords gave up on it. There's no cure for Section Ape, though: once a building, a block, a neighborhood gets niggerfuxxated, it might as well be razed to the ground and rebuilt. Take off and nuke the entire site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

Yep. Leave it to a nigger to think that renting a motel by the week is wiser than renting an apartment, even a shitty one, by the month. Even Motel 6 is about $75 a night, discounted weekly you MAY get them down to $60 a night. It's fucking Charlotte, there are thousands of apartments that probably cost no more than $450 a month even if you have shit credit.
