A Gastonia nigger asshole has been charged with insurance fraud after allegedly eluding police during a chase in a vehicle that he previously reported as stolen.
Police arrested Kevon Chakoi Gilliard, 25 on Friday evening.
Lowell Police had previously arrested Gilliard on June 7, charging him with a felony offense of fleeing and eluding arrest in his 2003 Honda Accord. According to a warrant issued earlier this month, Gilliard had allegedly reported to his insurance company that same vehicle as stolen during the time the June 7 offense occurred. Police say the insurance report and claim for payment was made “with the intent to injure, defraud and deceive an insurer.”
The alleged crime was reported by the N.C. Department of Insurance Criminal Investigations unit.
Gilliard was booked into Gaston County Jail on $15,000 bond Friday, and released after making bail a short time later.
