(WZTV) — Sex crimes detectives with the Metro Nashville Police Department have charged Dantis Lakka-Lako, who turned 17 Tuesday, with aggravated rape, aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary for last Wednesday’s rape and robbery of a pregnant woman inside her apartment at the Overlook Apartments complex on Bell Road.
Metro Police say during the victim's struggle with her attacker, she managed to hit him over the head with a bottle, causing him to leave the room. That's when she used the knife he allegedly left behind to slash the window screen and jump from her third story bedroom window to escape him.

From there, detectives tied the car to a 17-year-old suspect who lived in the apartment complex through forensic analysis of the vehicle, police said.
The teen was arrested and charged with aggravated rape, aggravated burglary and aggravated robbery on Tuesday, according to sex crimes detectives. The arrest was made after an interview with the teen, which detectives initiated while they carried out a search warrant for his DNA.
McClatchy is not identifying the teenage suspect by name because police did not say if he will face charges as an adult or as a juvenile.

Another reason my nigdar was pinging from the start a white teen would have absolutely been charged as an adult. It's niggers that give sob stories of "underprivilege" and get off lightly. With that Apefricoonized name, where did that nigger come from? If it and its family immigrated here, then every official responsible for approving the visas needs to be charged as an accessory to the crimes.
