Why do I get the feeling that the Nigerian submarine fleet is just a bunch of inner tubes tied together to form a crude muh-dik shape.

Making the subhuman submarine dive, simply involves letting the air out of the inner tubes.

Surfacing involves inflating the inner tubes by mouth while submerged.

This part is still in the R&D phase. :)
