I do believe that is part of the shit beast nigger muslim call to prayer ritual. They are suppose to wash parts of their body before asslifting for Allah. I have actually seen the bastards do the exact same thing where I work. Wash their faces, wash hands and then take off their hind paw coverings and rub a little water on their feet, right in large sinks in the restrooms and even the break rooms.
There is no other reason for a nigger to go near water. Under normal circumstances they would never wash any part of their skin and they dont drink water-instead only consume purple drank and beer.
Oh and dont even think of trying to stop a nigger or a muzzie from doing this. 3-2-1
