A stoopit Nigger Buck has been accused of forging a check from the New Hanover County clerk of court.
Marcoleon Alawrance Hill, 32, was charged with felony common law uttering a forged check and felony obtaining property by false pretenses.
Hill is accused of forging a $1,173.62 check deliverable to himself from Jan Kennedy, the New Hanover Clerk of Superior Court, in May 2017 according to warrants, and trying to cash the check at the Nigg-Mart store in Richlands.
“We found out the check was actually cashed up here at the Walmart on Kinston Highway,” Thomas said. Security footage, he said, showed Hill trying to cash the check.
Hill was previously charged Feb. 2, 2016, in Mecklenberg County with assault on a female and Dec. 15, 2016 in Mecklenberg County with assault on a female, according to N.C. Department of Public Safety. He is still on active probation status in Mecklenberg County, according to N.C. DPS.
Hill made his first appearance in Friday and will be represented by court-appointed attorney Thomasine Moore, according to court documents. His next court date is Sept. 20.
He was placed under $5,000 bond and remains in custody at the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office, according to warrants.
