A college basketball coach threw a punch that killed a New York City tourist who mistook him for an Uber driver, police said Thursday

Szabo knocked on the window of a white SUV in Long Island City early Sunday morning, thinking it was his Uber, the Sun Sentinel reports. The driver got out and punched Szabo in the face, knocking him to the pavement.

The driver of the SUV then drove off, leaving Szabo to bleed on the sidewalk until a 17-year-old witness walked by and found him, propping him up against another vehicle, according to PEOPLE.

This niggers layuh was on the evening news yesterday offering "condolences" to the humans family. Also referred to the MURDER as a "tragic mistake".
The victims mother wasn't having any of it and, in a manner more polite than I would have been, told him to pound sand.

The bakkaball nigger was originally charged with a misdemeanor assault to which it plead not guilty. Now the plot thickens since the autopsy has been done and the coroner has ruled it a homicide.

I'm still not holding my breath that this will ever see a jury. Some liberal pole smoker in a robe will accept a plea.

I will leave the nigger part out of it. Even if it were a white guy I wouldn't defend his actions. This was not a case where the driver felt threatened. This is not a case of self defense. He was not trapped in a enclosed place. He was not cornered on the street somewhere. He was in the safety of his car, all he had to do was drive away. He was not afraid for his safety. He was angry because this guy knocked on the window of his car and he got out not to defend himself but to confront the guy and physically assault him. All he had to do was drive away and if he was concerned about why this guy did it call the police. According to the victims mother he had been hit so hard it knocked his teeth out. I am willing to bet it was more than just one simple punch that caused him to fall, more than likely a series of punches after he landed on the ground.

As far as I'm concerned, this nigger committed first degree murder with special circumstances and should get the batwings penalty, as should any other nigger that lays its paws on a human, resulting in death.
