Police arrested a Nigger Tuesday afternoon, less than 24 hours after posting a “Wanted” poster on social media.
The investigation started Saturday afternoon when officers responded to a call of shots fired, according to Detective Capt. Randy Dover.
When officers arrived on scene, they say 21-year-old Jaquan Tykeem Hart, got skeered and attempted to run from them. Someone who runs when police arrive to investigate shots fired is presumed to be impeding an investigation, Dover said Monday.
Hart was charged with a single misdemeanor count of resisting a public officer and released on a $1,500 unsecured bond.
It turns out Hart, who was not injured, was the intended victim, according to Dover.
Investigators say 21-year-old Damion Mosley, of McGirt Road, was the Nigger behind the Trigger.
