Police on Thursday arrested several NIGGERS they said were connected to a crime family operating out of the city.
The seven-month investigation between police and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives Greensboro field office resulted in the arrest of seven people, according to a Burlington police news release.
Police said the group sold drugs, broke into homes and stole cars. David Wendale Williams was identified as the alleged leader of the “Williams Crime Organization,” according to the release. Police seized nine guns, an undisclosed amount of crack cocaine and ecstasy, and nine vehicles. Police said four of the guns and vehicles had been reported stolen.
Williams, 33, of Burlington is charged with: continuing a criminal enterprise; four counts of possession of firearm by a felon; trafficking in cocaine; six counts of obtaining property by false pretense; and four counts of extortion, felony exploit elder/disable trust.
He is being held on $1million bail at the Alamance County Detention Center, according to the release.
Laquashia Regina Haynes, 28, of Burlington: was arrested Friday and charged with continuing a criminal enterprise; two counts of obtaining property by false pretense; two counts of felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle; possession of a stolen firearm; conspiracy to traffic MDMA; and felony maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for the possession/sell/distribution of a controlled substance. She is being held on $500,000 bail.
Tracy Deangelo Compton, 40, of Burlington: obtaining property by false pretense, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and continuing a criminal enterprise. His bail is set at $185,000.
Mario Lynndale Williams, 21, of Burlington: discharge of a firearm into an occupied dwelling/vehicle and continuing a criminal enterprise. He was already being held at the Alamance County Detention Center on a separate incident and received an additional $200,000 bail for the new charges.
Khalid Gwynn, 21, of Burlington: continuing a criminal enterprise. He was also being held at the county detention center on a separate offense and was given an additional $50,000 bail.
Debra Regina Gillon, 56, of Burlington: continuing a criminal offense; five counts of obtaining property by false pretense, and five counts of felony fraudulent notary activity. She is being held on $300,000 bail.
Police are still looking for Sherie Marie Thompson, 33, and Nathaniel Gary, 64, both of Burlington, according to the release.
