Lashron and Phygelle duct tape a dementia patient

Lashron Williams, left, and Phygelle Brudent were caregivers at Colonial Assisted Living facility in Boynton Beach. Police have accused them of false imprisonment and elder abuse on July 12, 2018, after a 67-year-old patient with dementia was found tied to a chair with duct tape on her mouth on July 3.
