New Hampshire State Police were notified of a suspicious individual attempting to obtain the license at the Nashua DMV.
Shtain Gbalanga, 21, was using fraudulent documents to obtain a New Hampshire Driver’s License.
Gbalanga claimed to live in Barrington, New Hampshire.
With assistance from the U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement, authorities discovered that Gbalanga was a French citizen in the country illegally.
