Police say 21-year-old Jonathan Neal called an Uber, and that driver picked him up on Albermarle Road.
They say he MUH-DIKKED THE HELL OUT OF HER both while driving, and when he made her stop on North Graham Street – before his destination.
“The victim was forced to perform sexual assault, a sexual offense, as well as a battery,” Sgt. Alli Rooks says.
“The victim had no idea she was picking up a registered sex offender,” BUT SHE DID KNOW SHE WAS PICKING UP A WILD NIGGER ANIMAL Lt. Brad Koch says.
Neal is no stranger to the Mecklenburg County Jail. In 2015, he was charged with kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 14 year old.
