A Raeford FERAL NIGGER BUCK arrested less than 24 hours earlier, was taken into custody again after a Hoke County deputy saw him toss a rock through the front door of a convenience store at South Main and Palmer streets, Raeford police said.
Latrell Locklear, 23, is charged with breaking and entering, larceny, resisting arrested and simple marijuana possession.
Locklear had already been cited late Wednesday for the marijuana violation and released on an unsecured bond, police Chief Marc Godwin said, when the deputy spotted him outside the Cynergenic Inc., or Citgo, convenience store about 1:45 a.m. Thursday, Godwin said.
The deputy contacted Raeford police, who responded. Meanwhile, Locklear ran behind the building where he was arrested.
