A Fayetteville SHE BOON SOW accused of trying to poison her two SHITLETTES asked a judge to terminate her parental rights before going into a loud profanity-laced CHIMPOUT at her first-appearance hearing.
Octavia Latosh Robinson, 34, began yelling and cursing in the small courtroom inside the Cumberland County Detention Center. Judge Beth Keever did not appear flustered, calmly asking someone to contact the Public Defender’s office — Robinson had requested a court-appointed lawyer — and ordered the woman to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
Robinson was charged Monday with two counts each of distributing food containing noxious or deleterious material and misdemeanor child abuse. She is accused of lacing creme soda with lighter fluid and giving the drinks to her sons, ages 6 and 10, on Sunday, according to arrest warrants.
One of the boys took a sip and thought it tasted funny. Both children went to a neighbor’s room and told her about it. The neighbor contacted police.
