A feral Buck and fetid Coal Burner were convicted Monday morning on charges that they caused skull and rib fractures to their infant daughter and then lied about the injuries for months, causing their daughter to undergo numerous medical tests to determine what happened.
Stephon Scott Fisher, 24, of the 3700 block of Piedmont Memorial Drive, pleaded guilty in Forsyth Superior Court to two counts of felony child abuse, inflicting serious physical injury. He had initially been charged with two counts of felony child abuse, inflicting serious bodily injury.
His wife, Virginia Knight Fisher, 25, of the same address, pleaded guilty to two counts of accessory after the fact to felony child abuse, inflicting serious physical injury, and one count of felony child abuse by negligent omission.
