WINDHAM – A Berlin man is facing a charge of assault with the intent to murder after he allegedly fired shots at police in Massachusetts.
Javonnie Chambers, 21, was arrested hours after he and Manuel Soto, 20, of Haverhill, Mass., led police on a high-speed chase that crossed state lines and ended in a car crash on Route 111 in Windham about 10 p.m. Tuesday.
