As usual, they have a "previous mugshot," but the asshole was still running around loose. At least he took out a niggress, and not some human. Wonder how long before he's running around loose again?

The cops and government don't care, my mom got hit by one of them once. The cops don't arrest them seems like. No insurance, no license etc.. They just get let go. WTF, if it was the normal citizens. we be screwed!!!
