A CHOCOLATE COVERED LOSER faces charges he robbed a Bank of America Monday morning.
Police recognized him in surveillance video as a NIGGER charged in 2010 and 2013 in connection with robberies at the same branch.
Devaughn Damar Jones, 36, is charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon in Monday's robbery, Greensboro police said in a news release.
Jones is accused of entering the bank about 10 a.m. and passing the teller a note, saying he had a gun, officers said.
