San Francisco Police are looking for a man (aka) a ***Shitskin Nigger Beast*** they say killed a puppy in a violent attack. Surveillance video shows the man grabbing a four-month old Cocker Spaniel "Prince" and slamming the puppy into the floor, killing him. Video: SFPD
