Schenectady Schittskin Arrested for Attempted Gun Murder

The suspect in a Schenectady shooting has been captured, according to police. 20-year-old Demetrius Tiggs was arrested by US Marshals in Buffalo, NY. Tiggs is charged with attempted murder, after police say he shot a man near McClellan and Bradley Street last month.
