I doubt that kid is even a student at that high school because he's contradicted himself several times as to where he was at the time of the events. Also, that kid seems beyond miserable; wouldn't surprise me if we hear about him dangling from a tree in the coming years.

From what I've heard, his daddy works for the FBI.
