MANCHESTER, N.H. —

New Hampshire State Police are investigating a chase that ended late Wednesday night on Interstate 293 in Manchester.

Edward Alexander, 52, of Newark, New Jersey, was charged with reckless conduct, two counts of disobeying a police officer and aggravated DWI.


The driver ending up doing a loop around Manchester but ran out of gas right before South Willow Street, police said. The driver was then safely taken into custody, officials said.

Prosecutors said Alexander has a lengthy criminal history that spans several states and includes several felonies.

States really need to consider adding TNB as a recognized, codified offense. It could be a catch-all nigger actions which do not directly match a defined offense, but are a detriment to society none the less.
