They should serve authentic African food. Dirt cookies and whatever kind of grub it is they dig up from underneath bushes. Maybe some bush meat.

AUTHENTIC historical cuisine would involve being chained to a wooden ships lower deck, eating a thin, pasty gruel, during an ocean crossing...just like great great great great great great grandma and grampa did...I support historical accuracy...
