A Fayetteville MUH-DIKKER is accused of inappropriately touching a girl during a sleepover while serving as a YOUF MINISTER at a local church.
Nashimen Damond McKinnon, 30, is charged with three counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor.
The incidents are alleged to have happened in July, August and December, according to arrest warrants in the Cumberland County Magistrate’s Office.
McKinnon called the Sheriff’s Office on Jan. 1 and requested a deputy because he had “touched a child five to six months ago,” at a sleepover, arrest documents said.
He was taken to the Sheriff’s Office where he was questioned and arrested. During the interview, McKinnon said the incidents happened while he was the youth minister at Antioch Bible Fellowship Ministries on Fillyaw Road, a Sheriff’s Office release said.
The investigation also found that McKinnon inappropriately touched the victim on at least two other occasions at church-related functions, the release said.
