Police said the driver was going the wrong way on 471 when they pulled him over. They then found out the driver had outstanding warrants and attempted to take him into custody.
The Bellevue police officer lost his grip on the driver, who was wearing a zip-up hoodie, and slipped out. The driver began to run, but tripped over road debris and fell about 40 feet off the overpass.
He fell 40 feet and was still able to get up, run and fight police.
