According to a criminal complaint, the group of young men are responsible for a series of crimes in Waukesha County and Milwaukee County.
The complaint says Cannon was charged with misdemeanors on September 30th and released on a $2,500 signature bond.
On October 7th, a pursuit involving the Milwaukee Police Department ensued, and the pursuit ended in a crash. Cannon and 18-year-old Antonio Price were arrested in a vehicle allegedly stolen from the Acura dealership.
The complaint indicates one of the suspects, Jackson, was out on signature bond in two separate cases, ordered to commit no further crimes.
