The books are about 4 pages each and there are two words per page but I call bullshit anyway.

This is the first thing that came to my mind. They are probably books meant for a 2 year olds bed time story with mostly pictures and one sentence across two pages. Something like

Pages 1 and 2 "The purple hooptie has shiny rims"
Pages 3 and 4 "The nogs in the car go bix good."
Pages 5 and 6 " The popo goes show me you hands".
Pages 7 and 8 " The mama goes he be a good boy"
Pages 8 and 9 " The judge goes 30 to life"
Page 10 The end.
